Trail Rules

Welcome to the Dahlgren Trail!

The trail is private property, 16 miles long and preserves 240 acres of wildlife and natural beauty. It is open for walking, running, cycling, and other recreational, non-motorized uses. Help us care for this community treasure by respecting our trail rules:
  • Do not trespass on neighboring property - stay on trail at all times.
  • Unauthorized motorized vehicles are not permitted.
  • Horseback riding is not permitted.
  • Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
  • Firearms are not permitted.
  • Trail use permits are required; you can complete your permit request online - here.
